Orders received Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are normally processed and shipped either the same day they are received and paid for, or the following working day. We try to ship the same day in the case of any orders received before 2 p.m. Paris time.
On placing your order, you are offered a choice of delivery methods. The cost of each option is clearly indicated, as are the delivery times and tracking methods. In the case of an issue with the transport company you have selected, we will notify you and advise you on alternative carriers. You have the choice of cancelling your order and placing it anew, this time selecting a different carrier, or asking us to intervene, in which case we will endeavour to find an alternative shipper and level of service for the same cost.
Delivery options range from Next Day to 5 Days according to the information provided by the transport companies. Please be aware the delays quoted are best estimates at the time you place your order, and may vary according to the time you place your order and/or the destination and/or the service selected. For our part, we will of course do our utmost to ship your purchase in the most expedient manner possible, in accordance with your wishes.
You will receive tracking information per the service you have selected. In the event of a problem, you should contact us immediately as we are in most cases only informed on when a package is safely delivered to the destination you have stipulated.
All goods we sell are packaged appropriately for safe shipment. In the event of a problem with your purchase, please contact us using the contact form. If the package is seriously damaged and you are in a position to refuse a delivery, do so. This is important should you or we ever need to instigate an insurance claim. We may ask you for photos, so you might want to take one or more as a precautionary measure.
