It’s been a long time coming, as the song goes, but we finally got there! Presenting our all-new, although maybe not all-singing or all-dancing (we’l leave that to those who have the talent), website. It’s not finished, of course – but then again, when is any website ever finished?
This site provides the core e-commerce functionality for all our websites, which allows us to maintain our focus on providing you with the best service bar none. The site allows everyone to open an account with us, if they so wish, or continue to place orders without an account – the choice is yours. We now offer a range of payment options, too, with automated acknowledgements and full tracking of your order. In fact, everything you would expect from companies much larger than ours.
If you require information and advice on any of our products, you will find a dedicated website for it, that deals specifically with whatever questions you may have.
You will, of course, continue to see our products listed elsewhere on sites such as Amazon and EBay, if you prefer to use these e-commerce services, though we of course would prefer to see you dealing directly with us – and reaping the cost benefits that dealing direct offers you.
Professionals
Since the word GO, we have always maintained excellent one-on-one relationships with our business customers. We will, of course, continue to do so, but now with the possibility of being able to open a business account on our website, businesses get a dedicated mini site where they can view our trade terms and conditions, and contact their account manager directly.
Further information is available to our B2B customers by creating a business account on the website for the product that is of specific interest to you. Also, we thought it would be a good idea to get our Instagram account up and moving. It has been sat doing nothing for ages. If you are interested in helping us with this, then please take a look at our post dedicated to our Instagram channel.
Also, a word about the content we will be posting to the websites over the next few weeks… and months… and years! Our content is produced by real living and breathing human beings (well, most of us are…), and that means at times we might get something wrong. As much as it pains us to admit it, we are… well… urm… not infallible. So if you find that we’ve made a booboo somewhere, anywhere, then please please please let us know. Notwithstanding our occasionally questionable grammar (yeah, our style of writing might not be to everyone’s liking, but at least it proves that we’ve not churned out all this using Chat GPT or some other artificial intelligence app in order to cut corners – we’re big fans of real intelligence, even if we might not be the smartest kids on the block – hahaha !!!), real mistakes can happen to anyone. Unlike some, though, we’re happy to own up to ours and take them on the chin. Well, maybe not literally speaking…
