Our stores are open to everyone, and you do not need to open an account or save your details with us if you want to place an order.

However, if you decide to register on our site, then you will find making future purchases quicker and easier. You will also be able to track your orders more easily, and keep track of your past purchases.

You can pay by credit or debit card – we accept all major cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, etc.). You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay depending on your service provider and whether you have opened an associated account.

Some services such as PayPal might offer you with staggered payment facilities (payment in 3 or 4 instalments, for example). Check with your bank or service provider for more details.

First things first, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then contact us to see how we can help.

Generally speaking, goods that are faulty and within warranty, or which don’t correspond to the item you ordered, are either exchanged or refunded in full. Any additional expenses you may incur returning the item to us may also qualify for a refund.

You are, of course, fully protected by Distance Selling Regulations, so whatever the circumstance, you have no need to worry.

A range of delivery options are often available, though the precise options available to you will depend on the item you are buying, the quantity, and the place of delivery.

We offer shipping services by Royal Mail, La Poste, Colissimo, UPS, Chronopost, DHL, Parcel Force and Mondial Relay.

That said, it may be that just one or two of these services are offered when you check out, the others either not being suitable for your purchase or not covering your delivery address.

This too depends on the shipping option you are offered and choose. The estimated delivery times are usually shown against each delivery option when you check out, together with the cost of these services.

Every order needs to be processed, and we do not use robots to do this. So every order takes time to pick, pack and print off the paperwork.

We aim to despatch the same day every order we receive before 2 p.m. local time. After that cut-off time, your item might still leave us the same day, but in most cases it will be shipped the next working day.

We ship Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays.

And in any case, you can always check your order’s progress by logging into your account or using the tracking information you will be sent when you place your order.

If you need to know which countries we ship to, then generally speaking, and with the exception of countries where global restrictions are in place, we ship to most countries around the world. You will see a list of destinations we offer when you place your order.

If, however, you are refering to your place of work, residence or another specific location, then we will deliver to wherever you stipulate. Deliveries are normally day time, so if you or someone you know is not available to receive your purchase, then if you have the option, select a delivery service which offers a collection point, so you can collect your purchase at a time that suits you from a location that is convenient to you.
