MistyStix are fully dishwasher-proof though you might want to put them inside a mesh bag first, to stop them getting lost inside the dishwasher.
You can also hand-wash them in hot water (use a bio-soap or bio-detergent wherever possible) ensuring you thoroughly rinse and dry them before storing them away.

Most certainly! Made from food-grade polypropylene, they are 100% recyclable. Please follow your local authority guidelines on recycling plastics that are end-of-life.
First, please keep in mind that MistyBubbles are not toys. They constitute a choking hazard and therefore should be kept away from small children.
That said, if swallowed, medical advice should be sought immediately.
The MistyBubbles should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods, nor should they be frozen for long periods.

Finally, under no circumstances should you try to access or remove the lithium cell. While it is designed to provide very many hours of use and entertainment, once the battery is exhausted or should the MistyBubble become damaged, it must be recycled per local authority regulations for dry lithium cells.

Keeping your MistyBubbles clean is simple. Just hand-wash using biological detergent and plenty of hot water, rinse then leave to dry.
Make sure they are thoroughly dry before storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extremes of temperature.
Do not place them in an oven to dry – even at very low temperature.
You can’t, is the simple answer. And indeed, you shouldn’t even attempt to open the pod to access the cell.
Lithium is a dangerous substance and the manufacturer has gone to great lengths to ensure you can enjoy them in complete safety.
Once the lithium cell finally dies, the complete pod should be recycled in accordance with the instructions provided by your local authority for sealed battery appliances.
Yes, the materials used to make MistyBubbles are fully recyclable. All the more reason to follow local authority guidelines on recycling battery-driven appliances that have reached the end of their life.

A range of delivery options are often available, though the precise options available to you will depend on the item you are buying, the quantity, and the place of delivery.
We offer shipping services by Royal Mail, La Poste, Colissimo, UPS, Chronopost, DHL, Parcel Force and Mondial Relay.
That said, it may be that just one or two of these services are offered when you check out, the others either not being suitable for your purchase or not covering your delivery address.

Every order needs to be processed, and we do not use robots to do this. So every order takes time to pick, pack and print off the paperwork.
We aim to despatch the same day every order we receive before 2 p.m. local time. After that cut-off time, your item might still leave us the same day, but in most cases it will be shipped the next working day.
We ship Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays.
