We have provided below some additional information concerning our professional offering.

  • Retailers of all types, selling through either physical premises or online using ecommerce sites.
  • Industrial manufacturers looking to bulk purchase goods from us for incorporation into their own products or to meet their internal needs. Examples include tent, awning and outdoor equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Rental companies in a range of sectors including outdoor events, outdoor sports and adventure equipment hire, caterers and the hospitality sector, inflatable structures, banners, etc.
  • Government, including emergency fire and ambulance services, the armed forces, civil defense, etc.
  • Local, regional and national authorities and structures, including gymnasia and other sports facilities, schools, colleges and universities.
  • Equipment hire companies and specialist fabric repair companies.

In short, yes. To enable us to offer competitive pricing to professionals, we have to cover the overheads that are associated with an order, regardless of the quantity being ordered. Competitive pricing is therefore offered for given minimum quantities, and this varies according to the type of goods you wish to purchase. Once you have registered, you will need to first log in to one of our websites to see your trade pricing.

With the exception of organisations and institutions registered with Chorus Pro or their country’s equivalent payment body, all new accounts are operated on a payment-with-order basis. Goods will be shipped upon receipt of funds and new business customers can settle their pro forma invoices using a range of payment methods.

Once a business customer has an established track record working with us, they may apply for a credit account which may be accorded at our sole discretion. It may also be revoked should, after granting credit terms, the business customer does not adhere to our terms and conditions.

Not at all. Though we do enjoy relations with a number of multiglomerates and major corporations worldwide, the vast majority of our existing business customers are SMEs, micro-companies and sole traders.

If we can, we will also provide one-off special pricing for new businesses wishing to test our products for suitability in their markets and applications. These are decided on a case-by-case basis.
