Old school : Put your skis together, reverse your poles placing the tip of one pole inside the strap of the other pole, then slip one strap over the front of your skis, and the other over the rear end of your skis. Walk off the slopes holding everything by the centre of the poles – assuming you have balanced everything perfectly. Warning – don’t try this with the kids, make sure no-one is downhill from you, and don’t make any sudden movements.

New school : Put your skis together, slip one KlipSki on them, behind and against the bindings, and the other KlipSki in front of and against the bindings, firmly clip the poles into the KlipSki hooks, and walk off the slopes holding everything by the centre of the poles. Don’t worry about balance or accidents – everything’s safe and secure and manageable.
